The living space is defined by a warm material palette, where light-toned tiles complement the warm wood laminates from Admira to create a bright yet cosy atmosphere. Maximising the home's layout, the TV console extends into a built-in settee that continues towards the dining area, providing additional seating while creating a seamless connection between the two spaces.
Lighting plays a defining role throughout the home. From the earliest conversations, the homeowners knew they wanted a custom skylight, a long held wish that became the home's defining feature.
Seamlessly integrated into the custom carpentry, a vertical LED light complements the skylight while drawing the eye towards a textured feature wall, where subtle groove detailing conceals the corridor doors.
The warm material palette continues into the bathroom, where wood-inspired tiles are paired with terrazzo tiles to introduce subtle colour and texture.
