With the homeowners based overseas for much of the renovation, every discussion, design decision, and project update was coordinated remotely. Through close communication and collaboration, the design journey remained seamless from concept to completion.

Light tones, clean lines, and soft textures define the home's material palette. Light oak finishes flow from the vinyl flooring to the Lamitak-clad TV console, creating a cohesive foundation, while rounded forms throughout the furniture and architectural details soften the space and make it more family-friendly. Sheer day curtains from Everyday Curtains gently diffuse natural light, enhancing the home's bright, airy atmosphere.

With condominium living often presenting a more compact footprint, the layout was planned to maximise storage while maintaining a sense of openness. A built-in dining settee makes efficient use of the available space, while smart home features that control the lighting and air conditioning add everyday convenience.

Suspended above the dining table, the Sol Luminaire Mulberry Silk. 8 pendant light provides a refined focal point, while mirrors in the foyer and living area create a greater sense of space, making the home feel brighter and more expansive.
