Designed for a family of four, this home blends the warmth and simplicity of Scandinavian design with subtle luxurious accents that complement the condo's existing character. The brief was to create a bright, cozy, and family-friendly environment while retaining key built-in elements such as the original kitchen and wardrobes.
To achieve a seamless and cohesive look, materials and finishes were carefully selected to harmonise with the developer-provided interiors. Soft curves, rounded details, and reflective surfaces were introduced throughout the home to enhance spatial openness while creating a safer and more welcoming environment for the homeowners' children.
Custom space-saving solutions, including a built-in settee, integrated TV console, and platform bed with concealed storage, to maximise functionality without compromising on aesthetics. Despite being managed remotely while the homeowners were based overseas, the project was executed with close coordination and clear communication, resulting in a home that feels warm, refined, and thoughtfully tailored to modern family living.
