Grounded in a palette of soft tones, clean lines, and natural textures, light oak finishes run throughout the home, from the vinyl flooring to the TV console clad in Lamitak laminate, establishing a quiet sense of continuity. With condominium living often presenting a more compact footprint, the layout was planned to maximise storage while enhancing the perception of space. Smart home features introduce everyday convenience, while a built-in dining settee makes efficient use of the available space and helps keep the area free from clutter.

Suspended above the dining table, the Sol Luminaire Mulberry Silk. 8 pendant light provides a refined focal point, adding depth without overwhelming the interior. Mirrors positioned in the foyer and living area amplify natural light and extend sightlines, reinforcing the home's open, light-filled atmosphere while echoing the development's subtle sense of luxury.

With the homeowners based overseas for much of the renovation, every conversation, design decision, and project update took place remotely. Through open communication and close collaboration, the design journey remained seamless despite the distance, bringing to life a home that feels unmistakably theirs.

This same design approach continues into the master bedroom, where a platform bed with integrated storage maximises functionality while maintaining a clean, cohesive appearance within the compact condominium layout. Soft curves are carried through the space, reinforcing the home's gentle design language while creating a calmer, more family-friendly environment.
