Lighting has the power to shape not only how a space looks, but how it is experienced. Since 2017, Sol Luminaire has redefined architectural lighting through a thoughtful balance of innovation, craftsmanship, and human-centric design. With solutions developed around everyday living, their collections combine refined aesthetics with technologies that enhance comfort, wellbeing, and the atmosphere of a home.
This philosophy closely aligns with our own at Ethan Interiors. We partner with Sol Luminaire to curate lighting plans that feel considered and intuitive, where every fixture is carefully selected to complement the space, elevate materiality, and support the rhythms of daily life. Together, we believe lighting is more than a finishing touch, it is an essential element in shaping spaces that are functional and to be experienced.
Designed With Sol Luminaire
Pendant Light
Showcasing Sol Luminaire's lighting in our 175 Bishan project, the Mytilus Pendant Light by designer Arturo Alvarez was chosen for its sculptural presence and refined craftsmanship. Handcrafted in Spain from painted stainless steel mesh, its flowing, organic form draws inspiration from the gentle movement of the deep seabed, introducing softness, texture, and visual depth to the space. Serving as a striking focal point, the pendant complements the home's mid-century modern character while reinforcing the thoughtfully curated material palette.
Surface Mounted Downlight
Chosen for their flexibility and refined architectural profile, the Halo Mini Exposed Twins provides both functional task lighting and ambient illumination within the kitchen. Their adjustable design allows light to be directed precisely where it is needed, while the soft, focused beam enhances the warmth and atmosphere of the space. Balancing practicality with understated aesthetics, these fixtures support everyday living without compromising the home's carefully considered design.
Wall Light
In this project, the Boba Light was selected for its versatility and understated design. Specifically chosen to cast a warm, sunset-like glow across the curved feature wall in this project, it introduces depth and a welcoming sense of warmth to the home. Its adaptable design allows it to be used as a wall light, track light, or downlight, making it a timeless fixture that we continue to apply across a variety of homes and design styles. Balancing flexibility with refined aesthetics, it enhances the atmosphere while complementing the home's overall design language.
