Position Overview:

As an Interior Sales Designer, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the design process and helping them realize their vision. You will leverage your design expertise and sales skills to build strong client relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with their aesthetic and budget.

Job Description: 

• Assist in meeting with the clients in order to understand the clients’ objectives and desires
• Assist Senior Designers to create attractive designs and layouts for various project proposals 
• Assist to prepare presentations (3D and 2D, mock-ups) for clients
• Assist to create quotation for clients and ensure project profitability with proper costing preparation
• Assist to creating work schedules and ensuring project management milestones are met
• Assist to communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, and contractors for project management requirements 
• Attend product and vendors trainings, to maintain the latest industry knowledge
• Assist Senior Designers with End-to-end project management, ensuring project’s profitability and smooth handover
• On-Job-Training will be provided

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Sketchup, and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Strong creative and communication skills
• Great problem-solving skills 
• Demonstrated ability to execute 
• Open to Singaporeans and PR only
• Possess strong knowledge of interior design principles and materials 
• Candidate with a minimum 1-2 years of working experience preferred (no prior interior design experience required)
