Executes designs, drawings, and plans under the guidance of the design consultant.
Project Execution to Completion
PROJECT MANAGER
Oversees renovation progress to ensure smooth execution and provides timely updates to the client through to project handover.
DESIGN CONSULTANT
The liaison between the client, designer, and project manager to ensure that construction aligns with the design proposal and project timeline.
DESIGNER
Refines and edits design iterations as required during this stage.
